Terms of use
By using HaatBeat Calculators you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
HaatBeat Calculators is a free set of calculators operated by Sachin (HaatBeat), India. We may change, add or remove calculators at any time.
Estimates, not advice
Results are estimates for learning and planning, as explained in the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for decisions you make and for checking figures with the relevant provider or a qualified professional.
Acceptable use
You may use the calculators for personal and business purposes. You must not:
- disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
- scrape or copy the site in bulk, or reproduce it to make a competing service;
- present our results or content as your own professional advice, or as endorsed by us;
- use the site in breach of any law.
Intellectual property
The HaatBeat name, logo, design, text and code are owned by Sachin or licensed to us. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution. Open-source components are used under their own licences, listed on the open-source licences page.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaatBeat and Sachin are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on a result. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability to you is limited to INR 1,000, as the service is free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
You are responsible for, and agree to compensate us for, claims brought by others that arise from your breach of these terms, such as presenting our results as your own professional advice.

Links to other websites are provided for information. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where they live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its review date, applies from the time it is posted.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
